Georgina has been a trustee since the launch of the Trust. Hearing Paul talk about Sarah and her dedication to the community, inspired Georgina to get involved and make it a success. Georgina is particularly passionate about mental health and is an advocate for trauma counselling for family members whose needs are often overlooked.
“So many people have struggled during the pandemic, if we can do something to help even a few people, we will have made a difference. Smaller charities often struggle for consistent funding streams so we really want to be able to contribute consistently to the underfunded charities in our local area.”
Georgina is currently a Paraplanner at the Hartsfield Wiltshire office but is hoping to use her organisational skills and past experience of performing on cruise ships to create inventive and engaging fundraising events.
